Tomorrow, August 5th, marks a pivotal moment for San Tan Valley as residents head to the polls to decide whether their community will incorporate as Arizona’s newest town. The special election on Proposition 495 could create what organizers describe as “potentially the largest incorporation in Arizona state history.” The Pinal County Board of Supervisors approved STV Inc’s petition circulation request on October 30, 2024.
