Pinal County DUI Collision Injures Six, Including Four Children

A Pinal County DUI collision left six people with serious injuries on November 15, 2025. Highway Patrol State Troopers out of Casa Grande responded to a two-vehicle crash involving a semi truck and a pickup truck.

Four children under age 10 were riding in the pickup truck. None of the children were buckled in. The driver and one adult passenger also failed to wear seatbelts. All six occupants sustained serious bodily injuries in the collision.

The pickup truck driver admitted to smoking marijuana and consuming alcohol before the crash. In addition, the driver’s license had been revoked.

Troopers placed the driver under arrest. The charges include aggravated DUI, endangerment, aggravated assault, child abuse, and criminal damage.

State officials issued a safety reminder following the collision. Seatbelts must be worn at all times. Children require proper restraint devices according to the law. These safety measures can prevent serious injury or death.
